Anyways, due to the demise of my former fashion blog. I have something very exciting to share with you guys! I went thrifting at the local Buffalo Exchange in Costa Mesa and picked up a barely wore (or at least an hardly worn) Juicy Couture Scalloped High-Waist Dress with floral embroidery for only $28! (Yeah took me a while to find the style online though.) I don’t have anything from Juicy Couture simply because it’s extremely overpriced, and sometimes their designs are tacky. But this one that I found wasn’t tacky at all! It was very nicely made and fit great.
Here’s what it looks like from a person who is selling the same thing on Ebay.

^ they are selling it for $124!
Original retail price for a new dress is $278.
I must say $28 + a little wear and tear isn’t so bad. If my math is correct I saved about 90% off the original price.
I find it very simple and very vintage looking. Plus it’s not super short or too long. AND it’s made from cotton (only the most comfortable material on the planet)
I will find time to take pictures of me in it, because I love it!
Whee!

That dress is very cute! Yah, so many of the price tags on said “fashion” garbage is absolutely ridiculous. I’m glad you thrifted such an awesome piece of juiciness.
God, Zooey looks remarkably like Katy Perry in that telephone pic. Frreakkyy…Love the new lay though. ^^ I want to change mine soon, too, but need to have at least a vague plan first. >.

Great job! That’s an awesome deal for that dress. It’s very pretty. I wonder why a cotton dress is over 200 bucks…. I mean, it’s cotton for pete’s sake! I think some bright yellow accessories would be cool w/ it. Don’t know why, though….

Oh, that’s a reasonable price! Nice dress too. I’m more into the sweater fashion, I love—LOVE turtlenecks.

Well done! That’s a seriously awesome buy. The only reason I’m not INCREDIBLY jealous is that I never (actually never) wear dresses. And even so, I’m still bordering on incredibly jealous!
I’ve got to say, I like your taste in music. Coeur de Pirate is just something else. She’ll be appearing quite a bit on future mixes. ;)

Very nice deal! I love finding clothing for really good prices. That’s why I love visiting outlet malls… haha. I got a pair of white skinny jeans for $15 the other day. I was very happy.
